1. Description of Service

NursePracticeTest provides web-based practice exams, practice questions, scoring and study content to help users prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination, aligned with the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, distribute or sell any content from the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our content

All content on NursePracticeTest, including text, questions, rationales, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of NursePracticeTest or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademarks

NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and Next Generation NCLEX® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NursePracticeTest is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by NCSBN. All references to the NCLEX are for descriptive and educational purposes only.

4.3 Your data

Your answers, scores and progress remain yours. They are stored locally in your browser and are not collected by us. Information you send us through the study-plan form, an error report or email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Practice Test Disclaimer

Our practice exams and practice questions are independently created educational resources that follow the format of the NCLEX-RN. They are not official NCSBN products. The real NCLEX-RN reports only pass or fail, using an adaptive algorithm. Our NCLEX-RN practice exams adapt too, but the difficulty levels and the practice passing line they use are our own, not NCSBN's: the practice estimate and the percentages in our score reports describe your answers to our questions, and they are not a prediction of your result.

The content is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of real clients.

6. Plans, Billing and Refunds

The Service is free to use at the moment, and we take no payments. Paid plans are planned; their lengths and prices are shown on the Pricing page.

When plans open, they will renew automatically until you cancel. You will be able to cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. These Terms will be updated with the full billing and refund terms before any payment is taken.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NursePracticeTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NursePracticeTest and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NursePracticeTest operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
