NCLEX-RN Practice Exam 2
An adaptive practice exam built on the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan. As on the real exam, each question depends on your answers so far, and the exam runs 85 to 150 questions within 5 hours, ending once its estimate is clear. The difficulty levels are our own ratings, not NCSBN's calibration, so the result is a practice estimate, not a prediction.
